The Lobby: The green wall behind the reception gives a fresh feeling from the first step inside. The 5.80m ceiling height gives enough access to daylight and perception of freedom.
The Terraces: You can have your coffee at the restaurant terrace – a great way to plan your busy schedule and give a full with energy start of the day. Or just take a break surrounded by verdure and the lovely view of Vitosha mountain. Our rooftop terrace has unique panorama of the urban landscape and can be used for private events and team buildings.
The Loggias: You want to refresh your thoughts and need some fresh air, but have only 10 min. break? It is not necessary to waste that time. Ellipse Center has loggias at each floor – an outdoor space just seconds away from your desk.
For the convinience of our tenants we also plan on providing fitness and recreational area.
